The development team behind Webster Square has been improving Lincoln Park for more than 40 years. In fact, the Lincoln Park of today hardly existed when Richard Zisook of Sandz Development stepped on the scene four decades ago and began rehabbing vacant apartment buildings and developing new homes. Building by building and block by block, Sandz played a vital role in transforming Lincoln Park into one of Chicago’s finest neighborhoods. Over the years, Sandz has developed a number of signature properties throughout the North Side, including Dickens Court Townhomes, Eugenie Terrace Townhomes, The Whitney, and 530 and 600 N. Lake Shore Drive.
